Atasuki 12634 Terrarium, 16" x 12" x 18"

I really like the design and size of this terrarium. It was quite difficult to find a high-walled, double-door terrarium that was large enough for my animal, yet compact enough to fit in the space I plan to keep it. After being quite excited when I found the box at home, I grew a bit suspicious when I picked the box up and could hear something shifting inside. My first thought was that there might be some accessory inside, perhaps a part of the frame, or ??? I opened the box with great anticipation, and what did I find? Shards of glass. Worse yet, there was merely a single twisted piece of paper padding the terrarium. The order was fulfilled by Amazon, so the poor packaging reflects Amazon's failure in this case and does not reflect anything about the quality or packaging of Atasuki products. Based on this order, I would strongly recommend against buying any fragile products on Amazon.

Came broken and took forever to get a refund

Arrived late and broken, its made with a cheap glass. If u can afford and exo terra or zoo med dont get atasuki. If it wasnt broken i would give it 3 stars.
