I bought these after they were recommended by a coworker. I’m in my late 20’s but have had knee surgery to fix a torn ACL/MCL/LCL/meniscus on one knee and sublexating patella on the other. Along with both my knees I started having hip pain after my long runs while training for my marathon. I started taking these and WOW! What a difference. My knee pain is no more! My hips get sore post run but nothing compared to the pain during the run.
