Fits between teeth
My teeth are close together and this floss is tough and fits between tight teeth. It isn't overly waxed if there is any wax so it helps remove plaque. My dentist gave me a sample that I tried and liked enough to buy here.

It's what I use
I am particular about the diameter of my floss as I have tight spaces between my teeth but this floss works well. I like that it is thin so it's not like flossing with climbing rope. Speedy delivery exactly what I was looking for.

Only received 1...not the 12 pack BAD AMAZON!
Like many other people, I got only 1 when I was supposed to get 12. I complained and got some generic email in return telling me to return it. Uh. I don't think so. I then called their customer service department. I told the lady how it was completely wrong for them to send only 1 and to charge my credit card the full amount of $24.99. She was very nice and apologized.People here is the deal. They try to get you to buy the 12 before it is in stock. I waited 6 weeks before I received the one pack. Then their supplier stops selling these to them. To try to cover Amazon's mistake, they send you 1 and thinking that you may not notice; charge your credit card for the full amount. I will never purchase anything else from Amazon that they don't have in stock. This was a huge mistake on their part.So the end of the story goes like this. The very nice lady said she would refund my CC and she told me to keep the 1 pack. I haven't seen a refund as of yet. BAD AMAZON!Not a good way to conduct business. A very good way to lose customers.

Cleans well.
Flat floss cleans better than monofilament floss. Oral B floss is just the right weight to spread out without bunching up. The "mint" taste is not overbearing.

My favorite floss
I was happy to see this after I ran out of my last pack.This is my favorite floss. It gets into those reallytight spots.I was sad to see that my $25 purchase of a 12-pack was shippedto me as just one pack. Seems this is a recurring problem.They say they have shipped a new one (12-pack, I hope), whichis pretty fast. But I have to ship back the one package or they willcharge my credit card for it. I can't find a price for one, and don'tknow if they get me for shipping, so maybe I'll send it back ascheaply as I can. Sigh.Update 1. They sent me another one. Another 1!So then they said forget it, we can do it. So I sent bothback.Eventually I asked. They said they didn't have it.Then, they said they'd send maybe another, but eventuallydid credit me.So, it worked out, but they obviously have some problems withthis problem, which is too bad.
