SmartSeat Dining Chair Cover and Protector - Sandstone Tan - pack of 6

I have purchased many things from Amazon, but this is the first time I've bothered to write a review. These seat covers are awesome! My four year old twins have grounded in everything from red jello to chocolate chips into these seat covers. So far, just rubbing it with a wet wipe has taken the stain right out. I haven't had to wash them in the washing machine yet. I am also able to vacuum the crumbs right up. The covers aren't an absolute perfect fit, but are so close. Following the enclosed instructions on how to tighten the cover across the seat by crossing the straps under the chair helped. They are certainly better than towels over the seats. I highly recommend these seat covers.

They didn't fit the chairs like the photos and even had that on the instruction sheet. I think our chairs are pretty standard. They were not hard to put on but won't be easy to whip off and launder. They are nice material and will protect the chairs.

I have large dining room chairs (total of 6 with 2 having arms) and what possessed me, a multi-cat owner, to have them covered in a light-colored fabric is beyond me. I've had several different chair "covers" over the years, including old pillow cases, old towels, etc. But I've been looking for something that was waterproof, but not a plastic cover, and washable as well as easy to install. These appeared to meet my needs. So, not having learned the first time around I ordered them in sandstone.They deserve a 5-star rating but because they don't quite fit on my chairs like they do in the video, I gave them 4-stars. I can get a snug fit on the top and they cover the top, but I think they're just a wee too short to allow for a neat tuck. I will continue to fool with them and may even consider putting a stitch or two in the corners. I think the quality is good for the price. The fabric side is smooth and soft. The velcro strips to anchor it are generous. They are apparently stain resistant, too, which is a real plus because my kitties will definitely put them to the test! Overall, I'm pleased despite the way they fit.

Be careful about the fit. My chairs are within the specs for this item, but they are not perfectly square making this a lousy fit and almost impossible to install.

After a year of searching for chair covers, I finally caved and spent the money on these and i could not be happier. We were using towels and now I wonder what took me so long to get these! They fit like a dream and look attractive. They repel immediately and are so easy to clean that I hardly have to throw them in the wash. My only issue has been that my 2 year old crawls under the table and loves to un velcro them which is super annying but he is two after all. All in all, I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for seat protectors. Yes, they are pricier than other covers but are worth every penny.

I need something for my chairs, but these do not work as well as I'd like. I haven't returned them only because I don't see a better solution out there and don't want my children to ruin what are now our every day chairs. The video helps to teach you how to put them on your chairs, but if you have chairs with an open back at all, they will not work as shown in the photo. The back portion of my cushions physically cannot be covered. And the "the front will hang down" that they show in the video is, quite simply, ugly. And unavoidable unless you have the perfect size chair. These are for our home use only. As soon as company comes over, they'll be coming off. I can't believe - seeing them now - that they're $20 apiece.

I was very pleased with these seat covers. They are easy to install and fit really well. The workmanship and material give them a very fine appearance as well. They require a little smoothing, although that would depend on the size of the seats themselves. I haven't needed to clean them yet, but that would be another test of quality.

The material is fine, but my seats are on the upper end of the sizing, and they don't stretch to cover the entire chair. also, the edges don't tuck in quite as smoothly as is suggested in the photo. But still, they work well and my cats don't want to scratch them.
