Kakadu Pet Orbit Padded Dog Lead, Nylon Leash, 1-Inch by 48-Inch, Blue with Red Trim

I have a 30-lb puppy who's a puller. The regular unpadded leashes hurt my hand especially when cold. The pad on the handle of this leash feels great in my hands. It also looks great. The color is quite true to the photo in the listing. I've been using it for 4+ months now. The glue at the edge of the handle is gone, but the stitching is still intact. I've posted photos including a photo showing the edge of the handle with the glue gone and size of the hook compared to a quarter.

I like the 48" length which is not always available, and with dogs who pull the padding makes a big difference. Appearance is just as pictured, and the clasp seems very sturdy. However the leash itself is very stiff- I usually knot the leash to have a secure point to grab if I need a "traffic check". I don't recommend wrapping the leash around the hand, but if that's your style, that's not happening.UPDATE JUNE 2015: I upgraded to 5 stars - leash has help up well so far, and the stiffer leash seems to have more pros than cons.

This is a leash that is of good quality and great comfort. Others who have used the leash, positively comment about how unusually comfortable the handle is. I bought it for the colors, which are very novel. What I do find, though is that the yellow color seems to twist to be shown the most.(Please look at the picture). I use this for my chorkie who is very small,but don't let that fool you,because it is quite sturdy.I prefer a shorter length for her. I have also used it my son's 4 month old boxer, and it is great. I prefer this to the boxer's leash because of the comfort and strength. This leash is a real bargain.

The leash is well made, colours vibrant but the loop handle is too large and stiff and a handle is for safety, could easily slip off ones hand so be sure you hold it with a firm grip (as with all leashes). The buckle collar that accompanies this is nice too.

I very impressed with the quality especially for the price. I like the padded loop since my puppy is still in loose leash training. The colors are vibrant so we really stand out on the beach. The only thing that I don't like is the stiffness. But this is result of quality materials. It just makes it a little diffuclt to handle when the leash goes loose and ends up under my dog's legs.

I needed a padded leash for my crazy 80 pound lab who loooves to pull. The padded handle is more slick than the foam kind, but I like it nonetheless. The part that clips onto his collar seems very secure & the leash itself is very sturdy. Would recommend!

I have a great dane, so most of those leashes out there give a lot of room that I don't need since my dog walks right beside me and her head is right by my hand. This has a comfortable handle and is just the perfect length. I think it'd be ideal for training a shorter dog as well if you wanted the dog to heel with you while you walk (which I do, personally).

but it's little longer than i thought.i had this leash before but shorter.maybe i like the short leash.i love the padded handle.you won't hurt your hands if your dogs are pully.recommand it!
