Works just fine, make sure not to press down too hard on your envelope so you don’t soak the paper, I might try mixing in some glue

When I purchased the first set a year ago I wasn't sure how these would work. Our extension office sends out monthly Garden Talk newsletters, and the Master gardeners are responsible for folding, labeling and sealing the envelopes. The sealing of the envelope is a job, nobody really likes. I thought these might make the job easier, but there was a lot of doubt when we started using them. I have heard no complaint through avoiding this section of the job since we started using these. The three or four I bought last year still worked fine and I plan to just add these to the inventory of what we are using. Very impressed and I felt it's a great deal for the money. No leakage or falling apart of the sponge cap at this point from the original order..
