This Biotin bottle for hair growth is just one of them that supported towards my successful hair growth journey. I did the following regime to get thicker and faster hair growth combined with this supplement to get the best speed and thickness of hair growth: 1. Biotin Supplement for hair growth, every day. If you get a headaches, take it with a meal always. if you still get a headache, take it in the form of B-complex and after a healthy meal. 2. Taoist Soap for Hair Growth x2 a week (can find online or in UK Pharmacy) 3. Fragrance Free Shampoo on x3 a week or whenever i shampoo hair (not even natural fragrances) 4. Taking Collagen Powder Supplement 2x a day, daytime and evening (bovine collagen works best) 5. Drinking Nettle Tea at least 1x a day (make sure you are not allergic to nettle) to detox hormone residue in the liver. 6. Scalp massage every day for at least 20 minutes (this is very under-rated and people don't realize how easily our scalp gets blocked). In my experience with trying to help my own hair growth problem (in terms of speed as well as hair thickness), I found that the above regime helped me most, which covers nutrition, circulation, inflammation and hormones. So far didn’t see any difference in hair growth and betterment

I had lost a lot of hair with heavy daily shedding for nearly 10 years now and the sides of my head were looking patchy and the mid part on the top of my head was getting wider. It started becoming very noticeable how thin my hair was getting by the rats tail (instead of pony tail) that I was tying. I cut my hair short and have refused to tie it for the last 5 months - baldness on the sides of my head would be very obvious when I tied my hair back. I've been taking this Biotin since end of Dec 2023 and it's now 01 May 2024. After 4 months, I can already see that the mid part looks normal again with a lot of little hairs growing and the sides of my head have filled in. I still have slight bald patches but it's so much less than it was before. My hair looks thicker and my nails have grown stronger too. Also ended up getting a haircut sooner than anticipated. With so much new hair growing, all the different length hair was making it look messy! Although it is a very welcomed messy look! The tablets are tiny and so very easy to take and there are so many tablets, this will definitely last for a year.
