You get what you pay for.

I bought this solely to cut dough for lattice crusts, and it works perfectly for that. I used to just cut the lattice stripes with a knife, but then they wouldn't have that nice crimped design on the edges. This is the perfect size for that as it's pretty small, and the cutter isn't super sharp either which is perfect for dough and even better for your hands so they don't get cut! Highly recommend this for any bakers out there.
