We bought this almost two years ago! Loved it, super convenient, light weight. Great for toddlers who are messy eaters. Unfortunately, it stopped working! The main part still works but when we put the long attachment on, it will light up red and turn off. I’m sure it’s an easy fix for someone but not for us.

The media could not be loaded.  5/18/2021I just received the vacuum and first off, I love that it comes pretty much ready to use. Mine was charged and I just had to connect the pieces and it was ready to go.I love how small and how much it DOESN’T weigh. It’s really easy to handle and maneuver around furniture and corners.It’s great on the carpet but on the floor it may still need a little more suction. It will pick up a lot of dust and bigger stuff, but I’d have to sweep and mop to get all the little dust off the floors. So no biggie!I did struggle a little with the dust cup. It was suctioned and stuck. Had to open the filter area and push out the lid. Struggled a little but got it open and didn’t break anything.So, I’ll keep “playing” with it and if there is anything I see I’ll update.Another thing I wanted to point out. The comment from that person with the napkin in the dust cup, you are able to open the filter compartment and pull out that part to have more access to the dust cup itself.I added a video. The playback was a little weird. But I disassembled and assembled it so you can see. Hope that helps.

I bought this for my office at work. During the winter months a lot of traction sand and tiny pebbles from the parking lot gets tracked in. This vacuum picks it up with no problem. It's also small and easy to maneuver around furniture etc. Love the little headlight for cleaning under stuff. The run time isn't very long on the high setting but it will run long enough for me to vacuum the one room. I'm not sure what the low setting would work on - perhaps hard floors? While I wouldn't recommend this vacuum to regularly clean an entire house, for single rooms or quick pickups, it works great. Fingers crossed the battery will last a good long while.

So i never write reviews but i was upset this product broke down way to soon and felt the need to post my experience so others do not go through the same and waste money. I bought this vacuum in november 2021 and initially it was a pretty decent vacuum at least for what i needed it for. When i first bought it i loved it, the suction was nice and it was light and easy to maneuver. The size was perfect for storing doesn’t take up much space and loved that it was cordless. We are now in april 2022 and its been about six months and it no longer works, it turns on for about a minute and gets really hot and shuts off. Mind you i dont use it for long periods of time or large areas of the house i specifically bought it to vacuum a 9x10 area rug in my living room which i vacuum about once a day or every other day and thats about all i use it for so i feel it should have lasted much longer than it did, im honestly pretty disappointed it broke down so soon, Im outside the return window so i pretty much just wasted my money. I had originally planned to purchase a dyson but decided against it because they are on the more expensive side and like i mentioned before i only needed it for the one area rug so i optioned for this one, that was my mistake now i have to buy another vacuum so in reality im gonna end up spending more than if i had just bought the dyson in the first place, all in all i would not purchase again and i would not recomend.

I was a little skeptical to get a cordless vacuum as I know that they aren’t as powerful as plug-ins and I’m a clean freak who vacuums everyday bc I stand stand dust or dog hair floating around everywhere.. However, I have owned a kenmoore vacuum previously and I know they are a reliable brand. I got this vacuum a couple days ago and So far so good. It doesn’t feel cheap or like it would break easy. Easy to clean. Comfortable to use. I love the rose gold color. I’ve used it a couple times and works well on my short shag rugs, area rugs, hardwood and ceramic floors. The attachments are awesome for base boards and ceilings. I have used it in my car too. Battery lasts about 35-40 minutes straight usage. But turning it off in between moving stuff helps. I hope it lasts me a while. The battery is not removable which is the only flaw. Overall I’m happy with my purchase.

I like how lightweight it is, and there’s a nice light on the front, so it helps me get up all the dog hair. However, it seriously only lasts 15-20 minutes on a full charge. And charging time is crazy long. Suction is okay but I find it spits out quite a bit of crumbs and cat litter.

I love this. I bought it to replace an off-brand stick vacuum that stopped charging. I wish I had found this one originally. It charges quickly and lasts a very long time. When it turns to red indicating the battery is about to die it last for what feels like an eternity. I used to try to run the battery out but now I know it will last several more uses. When I say that I should mention I use this to clean up quick messes, not to vacuum and entire floor. I use it on floors (hard floors as well as carpeted), stairs and furniture and it works great on all. It's fairly light weight and hangs easily on the wall. Easy to empty and take apart to clean.

I purchased this vacuum with confidence that the kenmore name stands strong and wouldn’t let me down. But it has. This vacuum has lost a tremendous amount ok power since I purchased it in May 2023. I clean it regularly and blow out the filter with my leaf blower. So far it’s great for cat hair and dust balls, lightweight stuff. As far as picking up anything like cat litter, it will suck it up but the motor isn’t strong enough to pull it into the dirt cup so it stays in the tubes of the vacuum. I have to take it outside to empty it because cat litter goes everywhere when I take it apart. I don’t t brand names anymore. An off brand would probably be better than this. Oh and I do not have any carpet in my house! Laminate flooring lol
