Great service and product
Had trouble with the first one received, but a new one was sent immediately and worked like a charm!

Not worth your time
The media could not be loaded. Received package, just the fan in the box. No wrapping or anything to protect it. This fan is out of round, and out of balance. I’m not the only one in these reviews that commented this, but I took a chance.

Fragile
This is a good product but any rough treatment during shipping OR INSTALLATION and it will wobble.Do not keep it if it wobbles.

I do not have it yet but it better not wobble and vibrate
I ended up with 3 of these. Two were warrantied. All three have wobbling issues and vibrate installed on a straight shaft new motor. Having to buy one from a HVAC Tec. I do not have it yet but it better not wobble and vibrate.

Blower Wheel is Out-of-Round
Blower Wheel - is out-of-round (big wobble). It cannot be used in the HVAC because it will cause massive vibration and eventually damage the motor and housing.

Not happy with purchase
The fan cage was out of balance it caused more problems. I order another fan cage from eBay. Not pleased with this purchased
