This is a good book, I'm probably an intermediate/beginner lover and I learned valuable stuff. But also some of the spells are good. It's based a lot on self care and healthy relationships and just good emotional health.I love the brief intro to caring for crystals. Also I like the tips about having multiple rose quartz so you don't contaminate intent by using different castings with one stone. I had not thought of that before. Also the difference between charging crystals under sunlight vs moonlight. Usually I've only read about using moonlight, so it was nice to see some variations.I'll probably use these as a base and adapt then to my specific style, as I think most people will as the experiment and find what works for them. Still a sweet book to add to any collection. For a dollar it's worth it.

I loved the fact that this book is written with easy to understand instructions. Rose Quartz is one of my favorite stones and I have several.

It is an extremely thin book, so thin that I can use it as a book mark in other books, without destroying them. It's as thin as a coaster - I think.It does have interesting information in it and some spells (about 8, I think) - which I haven't tried because I don't need to try those ones. I guess what I am trying to say is that it could've had more information in it, the topics could've been expanded and could've gone deeper in each idea presented in this book. I also think that for what it is, the price shouldn't be more than £2.50, so I felt slightly disappointed when I received it.All in all, I do like what she writes and I think she's onto something and it will be something good too. I just wish she'd written more on this topic, in this book.Would I recommend this book? Yes. But I would recommend waiting for it to be sold at a lower price. I would also recommend reading more from this author as she seems to have some good ideas :-)
