The Prepared Pantry Classic Aebleskiver Mix--Puff Pancake (2 lb mix)

I have lost count of how many times I've re-ordered this product. I absolutely love it!I've sent it as part of gifts to all my friends and family during lockdown, for birthdays, holidays, etc. I always have some on hand for my house also. It's got an amazing flavor. It tastes like a muffin, and it's super easy to prepare.The only drawback is the shipping cost additional - but I get it, they have weight to them. I'll continue to purchase as long as they have it in stock.This is one of my favorite companies. All of their products are great.

I'm not a pancake - or blueberry - expert, but by far, this is the best blueberry pancake mix I've ever had. I bought it because of the good reviews on Amazon - and everyone was right! I will definitely be buying this again. The pancakes do have a creamy kind of flavor to them and the blueberries, which are actually slivers of blueberries, are very good and not bitter at all.

I made delicious belgian waffles out of this mix, which is what I actually bought it for. I love waffles and usually make them on the weekends with leftovers to freeze. Since pancake mix is thinner than waffle mix, I added a little bit of Bob's Red Mill 10 Grain Flour after mixing according to package directions.With the berries dried in small bits the way they are in this mix, I expected them to have little flavor. I was pleasantly surprised when the waffles came out flecked with bright color and bursting with flavor like I had used fresh berries. They were absolutely my favorite waffles yet! (No leftovers got frozen from my first batch, they went down in a peanut-buttery blaze)I also enjoy that having them on subscribe and save, I can change flavors right from my subscription page. They offer several flavors I'd like to try, but it seems like a hassle to cancel one subscription and add another every time I want to switch it up a bit. They make that easy, and I'm all for easy.

I cook a lot of pancakes on the weekends and tried lots of recipes off the web and other brands from the grocery store. This was love at first bite. The edges stayed crispy and the texture was nice and fluffy yet rich an thick. Was worried about the blueberry chunks but it all went together perfectly. Will purchase this again and again. Might try the other flavors as well.

The Prepared Pantry Puff Pancake Mix is the bomb! It makes great Classic Aebleskiver that turn out really delicious.

the mix itself would been good if all those fake chunks of so called berries weren't in it. much as 'improvements' have been made, certainly no progess has been made in the way of natural tasting 'chunks'. yuk
