| Product Care Instructions | Machine wash (capacity 8kg or more) separately using a delicate, 30ºC program without whitening. Use a mild detergent, and do not use softeners. Select low centrifuge speed if the rug has braids, fringes or pom poms. Do not leave the wet rug in the washer, as colors may run or stain. Tumble dry at low temperature. Avoid drying in the sun. Don't worry if lint appears, as this is residue fiber produced from cutting the cotton. During the first few days, it is advisable to sweep the rug with a hard brush in the direction of the plush, and then it is recommended to use the vacuum cleaner. We do not recommend the use of robot vaccum cleaners. Should you find any long or loose threads, cut these using a pair of scissors. Never pull a thread. Keep away from fire. |

Sheds terribly after washing
Very nice looking rug at first. After one wash, it’s ruined. Then we had it professionally cleaned. It sheds so badly. Lint gets in my baby’s mouth/face and all over his clothes (and mine) so terribly that we are throwing this rug out and just chalking up the money as a loss. We wrote to the company and their suggestion? Vacuum. Lol! Oh now only if we had thought of that!Oh wait, we have twice weekly professional maid services plus a Dyson that I used, plus a Hoover that I used and then for giggles, the $1000 Roomba. Hmm, well... no luck with the mess this rug has made.

Cute and cozy on the toes!
Bought this for my nursery, love the colours and quality. The tassels are a bit long on either end, thinking of braiding or knotting them. I haven't yet tried to wash but it looks easy enough and overall the rug isn't too thick.
