Life time warranty is not valid outside the us Starts out good. However the lifetime use and never peels is incorrect. My first pot had a defect that caused the non stick to peal off. A non even surface with what felt like a stone. When I reach out to replace it I was informed it's only valid in thr US. I like the look and use of the pans. So I just replaced the pot so I could have the complete range. After 6 months the pan peeled. Despite following manufacturer's instructions. Never put it in the dishwasher. Only used silicone utensils and I use induction, so I made sure no to go above the recommended tempreture. The non stick performance is okay as long as you know how to minuplate it with enough fat. Im a chef so I do a fare amount of home cooking. It really started out so great. Disappointed with the end result. I have one pan left from the set. I discarded the rest due to peeling and health concerns it would leech chemicals

I have been using this set for over 6 months now and was initially pleased with it but have recently noticed the bottom of the pans and pots get discolored and rougher in texture which have severely scratched and dulled my ceramic stovetop. I have been washing by hand, waiting for them to cool and immediately washing and drying them, and stacking them with a cloth in between to prevent any scratches or damage to the pans; however, they have still managed to get discolored and damaged on the bottom. They do not seem to be durable or compatible with induction stovetops. I have unfortunately missed my return window but cannot wait to replace them along with the now damaged stovetop.

They are a little smaller than I would ideally like but I love the way they stack to store in my tiny kitched. If you follow the instructions about preheating the nonstick is great. I got these from Amazon returns at a fantastic price and I'm really happy with them.

I can’t say enough about these awesome pots and pans. Bought to replace my trusty kitchen aid nonstick set. It would not surprise me if the companies are the same. The weight, construction and even heating is unparalleled and performs just like my kitchen aid set. Thick walls, stay flat bases on each, rivets and quality lids. Food cooks even, and even sears. I occasionally use avocado oil to do some flash browning. You Must let the pan preheat to the temp you will be cooking. That took a bit to get used to and improves the nonstick performance. I would buy these again and again. Just a side note, I purchased those fancy ones you see with that famous chef on the commercial. Those I sent back almost immediately. The Ninjas outperformed in numerous tests. I got the red, very very similar to the empire red kitchen aid set. Enjoy your Neverstick set.

I bought this set almost two years ago and had great expectations about the functionality of these pans. Very soon I became thoroughly disappointed with the quality of the product. because after a minute or so the pan started making these "spitting" sounds. when done, I had to clean the surface of my electrical stove top, which was loaded with brown burned-in spots. The only explanation I can come up with is that the different layers of the bottom are leaking. It doesn't happen once in a while, but every time. I would strongly suggest not to buy this product.
