stylish glasses at an unbeatable value
These English 'nonic' or 'no nick' 20 oz. pints fast became my glasses of choice after I brought home a couple following a trip to London nearly eight years ago. Sturdy and stylish (I still have my original two), I decided to clear out my 12 oz. generic glasses in favor of this KegWorks set. I wasn't disappointed. The glasses arrived well packaged and flawless upon inspection though they didn't arrive in a gift box (I would have thrown it out anyway). The crown seal etched on the side of the glass is very cool and adds to its authenticity. For under $7 apiece, combined with free shipping and no sales tax, the glasses are a tremendous value and fun conversation pieces too. I forgot to mention, I ordered the glasses yesterday and got them today. Thanks KegWorks and Amazon for exceptional service.

Like a quick trip to England
I am a fan of these glasses. They are really fine quality glass and feel nice in the hand and against the lips. They are British pint glasses which means they hold 20 US ounces. But the kicker is the imperial crown etched into the glass on the outside. You can't really appreciate it from the pictures, or even in person without a magnifying glass. They do give these a real touch of class.

Great glasses at an exceptional price. Shipping problems appear to be fixed!
I have wanted an authentic set of English pint glasses for some time and found this product to be outstanding!I was weary of ordering after reading the problems with packaging but I can assure you that when I received my order (February 18, 2015) that each glass was individual bubble wrapped and came in a box that was also filled with bubble wrap. None of the four glasses had any marks, chips or scratches. In addition, the tape used to wrap the glasses did not touch the actual glassware so with some care with a razor blade i was able to extract the glasses to add to my barware collection. As for the glasses themselves, they will hold 20 ozs (18oz if you leave room for head). They fit and feel well in my hand. In addition, the glass is not thin and you can feel the etching when you run your finger over it.

Horrible Packaging
First, the glasses are a nice quality. The glasses have a good thickness to them and the pint symbol is nicely done. If not for the shipping I would have gave 5/5 stars. Don't be fooled by the box in the background of the picture on Amazon. The 4 glasses were shipped in a line with cardboard strips covering the top and bottom of the glasses. Shrink wrap held the four glasses together and then the glass strip was bubble wrapped. There was nothing separating the glasses. Since the glasses were touching, they rubbed against each other during shipment and every one was damaged. One glass even shattered. Either order the glasses separately or order different glasses until KegWorks improves the shipping quality.

etching changed around 02/14
I originally ordered a set of four in January of '14 and was pleased with the quality of the glasses and especially the authentic appearence of the etching. So much so I ordered two more sets a couple months later and used my previous order to get the link ensuring I would get the same glasses. Upon delivery I was disappointed to discover the ethching was not close to the first set and far from authentic. Even the method of etching was inferior to the original set and of less than acceptable quality. Not an expert in engraving methods, but it looked like the method changed from laser to a dull burr grinder with variations in depth, inconsistent engravings ang a gritty residue left on the surface of the engraved area.

nice, but scratched
These glasses were nice, but 3 out of the 4 glasses were scratched. They will probably get scratched over time with use, but I would have preferred if they started out perfect as I paid for them and didn't steal them from a bar.

Very nice set of pint glasses!
These arrived in bubble wrap and were all in very good shape. I saw quite a few reviews about the poor packaging, and agree that it could be better. However, the quality of the glasses is fantastic! They feel very solid and well made and look great! I would encourage the seller to improve the box they are shipped in. I feel if they did that, everyone would be really happy with these glasses! I certainly am!

Time, Gentlemen!
These glasses are exactly what you'd get in an English pub. They're thick and sturdy with the 'pint' emblem etched where it's supposed to go. I like my beer in a glass and these Imperial 20 0z. glasses are just the ticket. Hey, look, it's your turn at the dartboard!
