Broke after 5 months of in house use. Was great until the button to disperse liquid broke. Seller only offers a 30 day warranty. Do not buy

The balance and feel of this mop are perfect. It’s sturdy without feeling too heavy, even when the onboard reservoir is full. The reservoir is easy to fill with whatever cleaning solution you prefer. The simple mechanism to release the liquid is probably my favorite part of the mop – hold the button in and fluid flows out in 3 nicely controlled streams. Release it and it stops. Because its gravity fed, it is completely silent unlike the noisy, complicated, stupid mechanism that required batteries on a first generation Swiffer wet jet that I previously owned. Using plain water and the grey microfiber pad that was included with my mop leaves my maple floors nice and clean with no residue or fragrance left behind. A wide array of compatible microfiber pads are available, including disposable ones should you wish to clean up a mess that you’re not keen on running through your washing machine. All of these features are available on the non-“executive” version of this mop for about twenty dollars less in traditional janitorial yellow. I’m glad I spent the extra cash for the look I preferred because it seems like it’ll be a great tool for many years.

The fluid container is permanently affixed and has a small mesh screen over the filler hole, which causes it to be very difficult to refill without the purchase of an additional accessory item that runs about $35. With that accessory, this is a very nice quick-mop system that works quite well. This is a heavy-duty, commercial, version of the Rubbermaid spray-mops. Just be prepared to spend $$$ for all the parts to conveniently use it.

SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND MONEY AND PURCHAS ELSEWHERE, BUYER BEWARE! What is shown in the picture and described is the Rubbermaid Pulse Hygen Executive Series Flat Mop. What I received was a mishmash of a low quality product of questionable origin. The handle and solution dispenser had rattling sounds and creaking right out of the box and was overall NOT the same quality as a Rubbermaid Pulse Hygen mop that I have used EXTENSIVELY at my work. The reservoir cap is not the specialty one as pictured with the quick connect solution filler, but a basic red cap. The mop head that arrived in box was also NOT the Executive Series but rather the regular Rubbermaid Pulse Hygen mop head which has a yellow arm at the base and loose velcro threading. Comparing the 2 rather suspicious included pads to the GENUINE Rubbermaid Executive Series Pad I have on hand, the difference in quality was obvious; loose stitching, lesser quality velcro, different sizing, and a general thinness of the pads. The genuine pad is the one pictured on the bottom for reference. I have a hard time believing that what I received was a GENUINE Rubbermaid product. For the price point, I expect MUCH better quality than this.

I run cleaning business. I’ve tried several other products and they only break. I have several of these mops, the oldest being 9 years. I’ve had to revamp, but it still works like absolutely new, just change mop pads.
