The media could not be loaded.  Quality and product is good but i never thought the resistance band width will be this small. I suggest you to buy other colour than yellow...yellow is for children and for very very beginner or injured person for fitness...this is my first time buying resistance band so dont know about this and all i suggest you go other colour than yellow.

These bands are great and the difference in resistance can be felt in every band. Good replacement for gyms and best for home workouts or carry with you wherever you go!

It's review is after many months, It's quality was good when it was new but after around 8-9 months of continues use and doing many exercise it breaked from many sides
