Well, I was suspect I was suffering from adrenal fatigue. Given the reviews I decided to give this a try, and I'm very glad I did. My mood is better, my sleep was better and most importantly it resolved my sugar cravings and desire to binge eat. I had no idea that my inability to feel full and constantly needing food was something so simple. Knowing this might have saved me years of misery. I am so very, very, very glad I found this product. I feel better and am down 8lbs so far since taking it.

I was honestly surprised how well this worked for me. I generally don't see much effectiveness from herbal supplements. This is as not good as medical corticosteroids. But it is close. I have only one kidney. And this has really improved my over all health. I take only one of these a day and it's definitely decreased inflammation and boosted my energy levels. At 58 I was beginning to get stiffness in my hand and finger joints. After a few days of taking this that is much improved. And my energy level has increased significantly.

I really like this combination for giving me energy without the jitters. the product has been hard to find lately though so I wonder if it's been taken off the market for some reason
