Operation and communication with the trucks onboard computer system; it works very well. I had some reservations about purchasing this part online because of past purchases have not panned out well, but this parts work right the first time. I now have over 500 miles since I installed it and have not had any issues. The only thing I can suggest is to purchase a valve body plate and body gaskets at the same time. The gaskets in the older vehicles (mine is 21years old) is likely to tear and then you have to replace to gaskets anyway; I had to and I have over 50 years of experience work on equipment and vehicles.

Ordered and installed. PWM solenoid was bad. Called customer support and they said to request replacement from Amazon. I asked about the $175 in transmission fluid and gaskets it cost me putting in their bad part. They apparently don’t care about the customer and just putting out product regardless if it’s good or bad.

Best price out there and shipped. If I need another I will be back to buy again

This part is a used part as add states. I was expecting it to be cleaned better was still dripping old ATF also was missing orange plastic snap on cover. Part did fix my trans issue and since I was unable to locate and buy a new part had to go with used. Cleaned part myself and swapped my plastic cover over. Hopefully won’t need to buy again

Part was a little dirty but 100% fixed the issue I was having with the truck hanging in second gear intel worming up thanks will buy again

the solenoid pack was faulty after installation unit was determined to be faulty removed and ohm tested, it failed. it cost me more fluid and mechanics time I just bought a new one problem solved. product was bad but Amazon's return policy is impeccable. would i buy again? No

We bought the product, put it in, and it doesn't work. There is a no return policy even for defective parts. So here we are, out $130 and still don't have the part we need.
