Nice looking product, but it did not produce the sound reduction I expected. I will be moving my condenser to the other side of the house and Will return this product soon.

I have a 22 KWh Natural Gas Generator, the noise just bounces off my brick wall, so I surrounded it with this product, but I still have to do more, is there anything else I can do?

Unfortunately I returned it. It didn't suit our needs. I am still awaiting my credit on my AMEX

There was a very slight improvement in the sound transmitted from the compressor. If I saved the shipping box, I would have returned this product.

We tried it around a pool pump and it didn't help at all. It's too short and is just hard plastic, so no sound absorption. Returning it was expensive, then took weeks of complaining to finally get a refund.

These work to reduce the AC noise on our patio...would have given a five star review and said I loved it had there been an option for a taller version. Our York unit is quite tall and we had to set our units on blocks to get the best sound reduction.

Product did not dampen the noise at all. We could not tell the difference when the unit was installed or missing.

Working for us to block a/c noise. Instructions refer to stakes but I did not see that item to purchase. Bought three 3/8" steel rods and just drilled holes on ends and instead of plastic hinge, worked fine. Not as white as pictured but that is ok for us.
