I'm not a gamer - let's get that out there right off the bat. I have no idea if this laptop would suit gamers, but as a teacher who uses MS Office, Google Apps for education, and Zoom extensively, this laptop is great. I also use a few molecular modelling and other memory-intensive science apps and have found no issues at all using this device. The display is vibrant and touchscreen is sensitive but not overly so. The touchpad was easy to adapt to (I am primarily a mouse guy) and is a very convenient size. Overall, I really like this machine and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good all-around laptop at a respectable price.

Perfect for what I need, except for the poor webcam, so only 4 stars.The screen is very nice, excellent colors and bright.This computer arrived in perfect condition, and setup was simple, and without any problems. Wifi works beautifully, and very fast.I really like the simplicity of Windows 11, and think it's the best OS yet.The only issue I have is the webcam quality, very grainy video and pictures, but I'll just but an external webcam to use for Zoom meetings and other things.The price is perfect for my budget, and think this laptop is a very good value for what it is.

the laptop is perfect. it arrived in good condition, it boots up very quickly. the computer is fast, it does not lag. the touch screen is pretty good. the battery life is not good. the website says it can last up to 10 hrs. but in reality, it lasts 2.5 to 3 hrs. Overall, it is a good, quality laptop and it feels and looks premium. With that being said I'm pretty satisfied.

Love HP laptops. Had one for 12 years before this one. Only brand I will buy. Easy to start up and quickly download my apps. Color is bright. Sound is good. I wad also shocked it was a touchscreen!

We LOVE our 360's...... But..... We have purchased around 10 and we had one go bad. Seller said to go to manufacture so I did and they said no warrantee cause the product was over 1 year old (almost 3). So, now I'm sitting on a paperweight. I kind of understand both ways, but if your going to sell laptops on Amazon, you'd better back them, or be sure to mention that there is NO manufacture warranty after the 30 day Amazon warranty.

I took a chance and bought this laptop used for $400. It was 1000% worth it! For a used laptop, it looked brand new. I got it for my niece for Christmas. She's off to college next year, so she needed something a little more high end. I have the 15-bp1xx and it served me well through college. I believe this one will do the same of my niece. She also wanted a laptop that could play SIMS. Her last one (I don't remember the model) tended to overheat. She set everything up and has been playing SIMS nonstop since she got it. Truly serves it's purpose well and worth the money.

I have researched a replacement for an older Microsoft Surface Go, and this product hit the mark. First, thank you HP. It is a very good laptop. That said, I am now 50 and have been using, toying with, and upgrading PCs since I was 14 years old. I've been burned in the past, but that is on me. HP has come through. I shopped for something I wanted and made a choice. It is performing above my expectations, which is something. You will be first I look at when my needs increase.
