Works! But it takes about 12 hours
Had a large gash in my tire, not enough for air to come out but there was a lot of rubber sticking out. I applied the product, used a piece of flat wood and a C-clap to tighten it and left it over night have not had an issue and saved me from buying a new tire! Highly recommend! It does not dry quickly! Requires to dry about 12 hours. Easy to use but messy! Great value compared to other products!

Very Strong
This was exactly what I needed. I just had a small chunk of rubber coming off my tire. It was just cosmetic but it was distracting. To cut off the rubber piece would've caused more damage and the crater it would've left would be a huge eyesore. This bonded to the rubber really strong. I tried liquid cement before and that broke clean off within 1-2 drives. This has lasted several weeks already and is showing no signs of coming apart. IMPORTANT: This stuff is really potent - use a glove while handling, use masking tape to seal off sides you don't want leaking glue to touch. This will dry very quickly and can stain. With great power comes great responsibility. Edit: seems the glue has come undone after a couple months of using the car. Admittedly I do reach some very high speeds so I can understand it not being able to hold. Also, I should mention that it’s gotten much colder outside so that might have also caused it to become undone. There’s still plenty left in the bottle to reapply. Ultimately I think this is fine to repair some cosmetic wear on the tire, but don’t expect for a miracle and for your tire to be like new again.

Fast acting, but not flexible.
Works well. Adhesion is strong, but there's no flexibility. Is basically thinned out super glue.

The glue is on the runny side
The glue worked good

Does the job for minor tears
I have a minivan that I'm still getting used to (Pacifica), and sometimes I don't go out far enough before making my right turn. Subsequently, my tire rode the curb a little and one day put a small gash in the sidewall of my tire. It wasn't bad enough to cause a hole, but large enough that I could bend the rubber with my fingers. Needless to say, this black tire repair kit did the job. I just squirted some of the tire repair glue along the tear line and used some duck tape to hold it in place for about 12+ hours. The next day the rubber flap was together. After several weeks that gash repair is still holding. I must say though, use some plastic gloves or at least ensure you don't get any of the repair glue on your nails. The black glue will wash off your hands soon, but NOT your nails. After 10 days I had to use a razor to scrape the black glue off my nail. I still gave this 5 stars because this glue did the job of repairing the gash on the sidewall of my tire.

It would work better if it was a stronger glue
Didn't hold very well I tried to patch up a piece of tire on the outside and it didn't stick very long. I also tried to use this as a seam sealer for a rim but it did not hold the air pressure back inside inside the tire

I got a cut in the sidewall of an older tractor tire. Cut was into the inner core of the tire. Before getting any dirt into the cut, I decided to try this product. I filled the cut with the product, then tightened two ratchet straps around the repair. Waited 48 hours. Pictures attached. Then used the tractor for 8 hours of plowing. Repair still looks very good.
