Fantastic quality, great customer service
I was really worried about getting a decent refurbished laptop. The laptop I bought is fantastic, it's like brand new. The battery life is like a new laptop. The company were kind enough to put an extra 16gb ram on for me. Jenny was so helpful when I contacted the seller to find out more about the laptop and to arrange the extra ram. Hopefully my bookkeeping business will do well now I have this great laptop. Excellent value for money. I'm just so pleased with it.

Like new
Laptop had a shiny gleam to it - would think it's new. Battery life like new, everything to a high standard. Bargain buy.My previous purchase from another listing (different seller altogether) was faulty and this I believe a refurbished product is a roll of the dice but I highly recommend this product.

Not worth to Cost
seems this laptop life is very short. first 41days working fine but later started problem with bettary, blue screen.Now looking the way to return.

Great Laptop
Decent laptop in great condition. Runs fast enough for day to day use. Windows updates gave me the option to upgrade to windows 11 which it did with no problem.

A bit more wear and tear on the case than expected but so far seems to be working fine.
