The quality of every working mechanism added to this knife
Bought this knife to test it out, not knowing much about the brand or what to expect in terms of quality and durability — and I have to say, I’m genuinely impressed. The blade is high-quality, razor-sharp, and beautifully finished. The knife itself has a sleek, attractive design and feels excellent in hand. What really surprised me is how well-built and precisely aligned it is; it opens so smoothly and quickly, it doesn’t even need an assisted opening mechanism.Honestly, this kind of craftsmanship and smooth action is something I usually only see in top-tier brands like Benchmade or Microtech. I’m amazed.

Very nice knife. I’d recommended it to anyone.
Initial review. I’ve used it every day for a two months or so now on boxes, tape, plastic, and whatever else I needed to cut during my day. The colors pop nicely and the fit and finish is really good. Decently sharp out of the box but could definitely use a tune up. The steel seems to hold an edge just like any other decent quality steel knife I’ve had. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is the detent is a bit strong out of the box and you have to apply a fair bit of pressure on the tang before the blade flicks out of the closed position. This could be a pro for some but for me, the pressure is a little too much and borders on uncomfortable. After a while, either my fingers became used to the pressure or the knife broke in a little or maybe both but I feel like my last one was a little easier to flick out.1.5 year review update. I’ve carried this thing every day and I gotta say it’s an awesome knife and worth every penny. The RPM9 steel doesn’t have any signs of corrosion, the knife broke in and flies out flawlessly every time. The small rounded edge on the liner is very welcome and feels like home. You can close it one handed. The semi-sharp edges on the flipper kind of rounded over and weren’t so harsh on the fingers. The colors still pop just like when it was knew. I wish CJRB was a better known brand because this knife rocks. Changing review to 5 stars.

Good EDC
My second CJRB. It is all about the aesthetics. I like the color combinations and the style of blade. Decent EDC, will get the job done. Knife is sharp out of the box, though the liner lock is a bit stiff. I'm sure with some use it will loosen up.

good in hand fliper painfull not smooth
open it feels pretty good , i don't know if i got a used one but there's marks on the blade ?closed it fits in the pocket ok , though not very deep carry .pro:blade is nice , i love the shape , fairly sharp out of the box no idea if it will keep the sharpness.con: the flipper tab is pain full to use , not quite sharp but the amount of pressure to flip it open is very uncomfortable , and after a few times annoying to discomfort , the scales just behind the flipper are almost sharp adding to the discomfort < this for some reason is fairly common with the cheaper knives , hopefully they will add some chamfer to it and it will make it great < or if your adventurous maybe it can be done diy>update on cjrb , this company stands behind its product and was great to talk to them , they reached out to me to see if i wanted to try a different knife instead , i took them up on that and will try the feldspar instead. ill do a review of it after i try it . based on my experience with them ,i feel confident about buying from them .

Razor sharp - G10 Grip - cool design
Pros:1. Razor sharp out of the box. This is not D2. It's AR-RPM9 powder steel with extra chromium (for corrosion resistance). I got this for my brother-in-law and he cut all of his hair off of his arm on first go.2. G10 Grip is finished very well. It has nice traction, grip is comfortable - for how big it is - due to the texturization on the grip.3. Ceramic ball bearings for the "flip" mechanism didn't work so smoothly at first, but after 10 or 20 flips, it got quicker and quicker. It definitely can benefit from little gun oil or lithium grease.4. I really like the design of it. I have dozens of pocket knives, and other bigger knives. But this one is very unique - not only the Persian sword inspired design that reflects that unique curvature of the handle leading up to the smooth and sexy sweeping the blade end, but the design lends itself to comfort as my thicker than normal hands can grab it comfortably.5. Excellent finish all around - Not one place where it's too sharp, or unpleasant. The fit and finish is excellent. Everything works right out of the box. The liner-lock is very secure.Cons:1. Too many writings on the blade. I tend to not like having writings on the blade. I guess they have to let you know what's what, but not sure why they couldn't make it little more discrete.2. The pocket clip does get in the way just a tad bit, where I can feel it when I'm grabbing the knife. I wish it was low profile.3. Adjustability of the pocket clip from left to right. Again, I get it. It's universal. I wish had a better design for this problem. They do this on guns all the time, and they aren't invasive. plus the empty holes pick up dirt and looks hideous - like it's missing something.4. Liner lock isn't center. I know a lot of my other pocket knives don't have it centered, but I just wish it was for my OCD.Definitely a buy - I paid $36 or so for this one.Just a tip - if you decide to buy two knives at the same time, the 10% discount will apply between two knives (5% each knife), so I would recommend buying them separately to get that 10% that made you think it was a great deal (which is a great deal).
