This bookshelf is well built, easy to assemble, sturdy and fashionable. It was easy to assemble, with every part having an extra, just in case. It’s simple. It’s an amazing bookshelf and the price can’t be beat. We just ordered a second!

Love these shelves and they look great, fit with any decor. Perfect for small spaces giving you stylish looks and that space you need for books, collectables and just about anything else you need to organize.

I bought a bunch of similar but not same bookshelves for trial while living in my house while rehabbing it. These are excellent. They look finishined & adult rather than like cheap college furniture. They will be included in the final house decor. Despite having only the 2 legs and 2 anchor points, it’s quite stable. I love that the shelves are thin but sturdy. I have one low shelf with heavy laundry detergents and it holds them fine. Don’t front load the shelves with heavy things and it will work great! My only quibble is the same for nearly all bookshelves- I want low & high shelves to be further apart. These are uniformly just under 13 inches apart. I can fit gallon jugs of cleanser on the shelves but not the Costco sized XL vinegar. The shelves are all spaced the same with no flexibility. I would have to leave out a shelf to get vertical space. But the shelf bravkets being welded rather than screwed in place does increase sturdiness. Assembly was straightforward but goes more easily with 2 people if you don’t have a brace or other assembly aid to keep things aligned while screwing. The screws have some resistance and it’s a Job to do all 24 by hand but worth the hour or so it takes. Mine came with spare screws that I stuck to the bottom of the bottom shelf with blue masking tape. Also bought, use & love the small version.

Overall, these are beautiful shelves, especially considering their affordable price. The metal frame is well made and the shelves are very consistent and solid. However, here are some drawbacks one should know before buying them: (1) Some of the plastic screw receptacles in the shelves (needed to screw the shelf onto the frame) are poorly manufactured and you won't get a tight fit with the screw -- it will spin endlessly. I used some loctite screw adhesive to deal with this. (2) The part of the frame that you screw into the wall is below the top of the frame. Therefore, it will be difficult to attach to the wall. A better design would have been for this bracket to point inwards rather than downwards. (3) Apply adhesive nonslip pads to the bottom of the shelves if installing in a room with hardwood floors. Otherwise the feet with slip if the shelves are bumped. Yikes. (4) Overall, I found the shelves to be a bit flimsy, so I attached a couple shelves themselves to a stud using an L-brakcet. I was able to keep the brackets hidden and this stabilized the shelves. Overall, nice shelves, but it took too much extra work and customization for my particular situation. I was able to do it, but I guess that's the price I pay for cheaper shelves (vis-a-vis CB2).

Very sturdy shelf. Easy to assemble. My daughter is happy with it.

This is a great shelf! I guess I didn’t pay attention to the dimensions, because I was surprised (pleasantly!) at how tall it is. It is very easy to assemble, and quite sturdy. It looks great in my entryway!
