The furniture came to us with chair legs poking through the boxes, missing hardware for the loveseat, rust under the seats and stains on the sides of the wicker chairs. Still resolving this issue after a month.

Very happy with the furniture other than what seems to be a problem with the design of the love seat. It lacks support in the center so when two people sit on the seat it sags in the middle. When I contacted Wicker House they were willing to work with me but once we decided on a solution they did not keep their word. As a result, I would caution others against purchasing anything from this company.
