Sharp SMC1585BB 1.5 cu. ft. Microwave Oven with Convection Cooking, in Black

I bought this unit after my Panasonic Genius died. I loved my Panasonic Genius. It was easy to use, could bake when I needed an extra oven and had the power to microwave in minutes. This Sharp, has all the features I wanted to replace my Panasonic and is easy to use. It's the same size as my Panasonic so I don't miss it at all. It does everything I need it to do. The price tag is a little less than what I paid for the Panasonic which is an added plus. Shipping was quick to Hawaii.

Will never buy another Sharp product. Our Microwave has broken 2 times in 8 months. Have waited for 3 weeks for the 2nd repair and still not repaired. Have had to call Sharp Customer (no)Service 6 times with absolutely no interest on their part to rush the repairs. Talked with Supervisor Wayne and he was ABSOLUTELY no help and couldn't care less and kept repeating the Sharp standard answer, "sorry there is nothing I can do sir other than get it fixed." OK...then fix it!! It's been almost 3 weeks and the repair station is 2 miles from our home. I wish I had returned it to Amazon the first time it broken within 1 months of original purchase.

Bought for sister. She's good with it.

WE ARE PLEASED WITH THE SHARP MICROWAVE/CONVECTION OVEN.IT IS NICE TO HAVE BOTH FEATURES IN ONE UNIT.

I liked the features of this microwave and the seller did a fine job but the microwave would just shut off in the middle of heating. I had to unplug at least 5 times and wait 30 seconds and plug back in to get it to work again. Therefore we had to return it but the return policy with Amazon is excellent, they had UPS pick it up and issued a credit as soon as they received it.
