Out Of Body Experiences, Quickly And Naturally

This is one of the best books I have read on OBE's/Astral Projection, and I have read several. The book is easy to follow with just enough explanation to answer your questions but not too much theory/scientific explanation that it puts you asleep. I have read several books with a lot of theory and I think that just made things more difficult for me. I ended up thinking about it too much and it got in the way of the actual practice. The author writes in a very practical manner that keeps you interested and wanting to read the book cover to cover, which is possible since it is not terribly long. It has a few chapters on some theory/explanation and then you jump right into some exercises.This book explains how to have an OBE in simplistic terms. Most of the books I have read on "HOW TO" come with complicated exercises that pretty much turned me off to them. But the exercises in this book are easy to do and very easy if you have done any kind of meditation. I have had OBEs in the past but they required a significant amount of effort on my part and many of the books I've read on the subject complicate things too much. I was turned off to reading anymore books on OBEs and how to have them. I still practice with my own methods but then I stumbled on to this book and it made the process seem easy. Don't get me wrong, having an OBE is difficult and requires work on your part but with the right practice, I believe it can be accomplished. And I believe this book is going to do it for me.I have been doing the exercises in this book for about three weeks now. I feel like I am getting better and closer to my goal of having an OBE. I have changed my approach to one that involves more patience and the gradual exercises in this book help. I will update my review when I accomplish have an OBE.

I’m familiar with the nature of this conscious component and its phenomenon.Kreiter’s book scores high points in the areas of: (1) personal episodes and stories of other people’s OBEs; (2) how to have a OBE, especially a safe, unconfused OBE; (3) gives a soft-sell, but strong inspiration to have an OBE; but especially (4) Kreiter gives an quantum/energetic explanation of the OBE - - without disallowing that despite this energy approach to the OBE/Astral Body, that there’s still a ‘spiritual’ element built upon this quantum-energy foundation.It’s not that this particular energy foundation approach regarding the OBE has not been postulated previously; it’s just that Kreiter does a much clearer job in his writing style and ability to dumb-down and communicate quantum-energy concepts to the general reader.Because of these above reasons I allow Kreiter’s book is high on the list of OBE/AP books offered in the last ten years.One disturbing thing I think deserves mention and I hope Kreiter changes this. I'd love to be more positive about this book, but I just can't (at least at this stage). I'm already a fan of anything that might help with having an OBE, and I've read quite a few quite excellent books on the subject. I used to go 'out' when I was little, so I have no doubt of the possibility... However, this is written sooooo badly that for the first time in my recollection, I'm skim reading. If this were edited... perhaps it could be really good. The author has some nice anecdotes, which, if written even a little better, could keep you interested. However, he labours the point so much that I keep thinking, YES, get on with it already!! There's a lot of repetition, and unfortunately quite a few typos. They can be forgiven if the writing is half good, but unfortunately... At just over 20%, I feel that what I've read up until now could have been easily condensed into the first 10. The author gets onto his soapbox, and just won't stop repeating things. He seems to have ignored the fact that if someone has gone to the trouble to purchase this, then they aren't very likely to be one of the skeptics that he keeps going on about. (I strongly suggest doing some writing classes. This could really turn things around, and all the effort will be worth it.) I'll continue, just to see if there's finally something useful, and if that's the case, I'll definitely come back to update my review.

This book is LOADED with PRACTICAL TECHNIQUES that’s easy and natural! The first night after I read the entire book I tried the Conciseness Focus technique. I started off with that! And had ONE out of body experience and TWO LUCID DREAMS! Last night I did the technique with the DOUBLE BODY and appeared in the ASTRAL REALM at a place I always used for meditation since I was a teen! To ACTUALLY BE AT THE PLACE in the ASTRAL was a powerful experience! When you read the book understand the unique techniques given are unlike any other book! I had to retrain my mind how easy and natural it is! It’s true, other books give you this ungodly strategy for OBE, and it’s impossible to do! In this book it’s natural! Just like when you were a little kid and swooped in and out of the body with a childlike innocence! Look at this book as a WORKBOOK! Like taking a OBE CLASS in college. Because the book tech WORKS! If you’ve looked for a book with workable OBE or LUCID DREAMING TECH, look no more! You have FOUND IT!!!

Achieved three brief OBE within two hours of reading the first few chapters. I had zero success with all the other “Techniques” and “methods” found elsewhere. So far, this book is simple, clear, and succinct. The author clearly has a profound understanding of the subject. Thank you.

Well written and informative some of this I think has been influenced by the Seth material thought forms etc. No reference to seeking one's own higher self which is surprising techniques such as double body is not at all easy to manifest in my opinion.

With hardly any personal experiences or narratives from the author, I found it hard to believe any of his instructions were authentic.
