Arrived on time and all of it was fresh. The etrog even had 2 “chupcheecks.”

This product arrived and the palms were dried up and some of the greenery was decayed in it's package. It also did not come with the woven holder it shows. The etrog (yellow fruit) was good and I kept it in the fridge till we used it. That's a lot of money to pay for just the fruit.

I was late ordering the lulav… and the delivery date was set for Saturday . However, I received my order on Wednesday . I appreciate the fast delivery and the lulav and etrog are very lovely!

The quality is lacking. It came rotten and most of the leaves fell off immediately. But with the new review standards you can only give five stars or it wont post an honest review.

i purchased a religious item to be used for a holiday however it did not contain all of parts to be able to use for the service only a person familiar with the item can understand

Boldly the seller says, “you get what you pay for” like it’s an inside joke. The etrog was a color I’ve never seen before and less than half the size of a diseased lemon. It was so disappointing I didn’t bother to look at the rest of the lulav. It certainly was not what I paid for! It was packed in a way that they definitely saw the defective etrog and decided to send it anyway hoping I was blind, with no sense of smell, with crippled hands not able to hold it and not enough courage to return it. Of course I returned it, sadly the seller has lost the shipping cost to send it to me and now the shipping cost to get it back.
