They Look So Frail, But Are Sturdy After All!
New gate after 20 years, but then the new concrete caused problems. They didn't level my gate & I couldn't get it open. Had to re install the latch & replaced the twine. This works so much better than the twine they left me with!

It works fine. For a little while.
On one of the the loop you pull on broke. I kept using it, but put a piece of red duct tape on the end of the wire so it wouldn't get somebody in the eye. On the other one, the clip that holds it to the latch snapped in half.

Simple, works
This elegantly solved the problem of opening our gate on the opposite side of the latch. Easy to install, and makes our gate easy to open and close. Nice, inexpensive solution.

One broke easily
This isn’t to bad. I love how easy it makes it to open and close up my gate. The bad thing is that after a week the wire broke on the first one. I would recommend you use pliers to squeeze between the wire and where it hold its before using it. Other than that, it works just great

Worked great for a while but broke after being pulled onto hard
The wire clamped in and it can easily pull out from the clamp. I had it on two gates and it broke the same way.

Flimsy - Didn't Hold Up
I installed this cable pull on a gate latch as intended. The hook is small and flimsy. It lasted until a guest tried to use it. Do not purchase: find something else, something heavier duty.

Good for a fence !
Now the little kiddos can’t escape when we’re playing outside when trying to follow someone behind and it’s super quick and easy to remove the latch to walk in and out for the adults
