Mine was good for almost 3 months until the second(last) zipper broke on big compartment.

How do I stiffen the bottom section? It is always folding in on the back side when not completely stuffed full.

I don’t have that problem, but usually what I do is pack the bigger and heavier items on the bottom, other than I love it because I always find room for my breakfast and lunch at work.

How many hours can you keep hot and cold

Up to 8 hours cold I put my drinks in the fridge the night before and use 1-2 ice pack sheets 1 in the winter and 2 in the summer
