Can additional or replacement palettes be ordered?

Looks like they aren’t $54.97 anymore and they never followed through with this request for a replacement pallet. I wanted to recommend this to a friend as I have one already but seeing the price soar and this empty promise has made me reconsider recommending it to anyone. I realize there was a pandemic to deal with but that was 3 years ago so it would seem there's no excuse for forgetting all about this. I'm disappointed and would like to think the seller will finally address this, but am not holding my breath.

How do you separate the plastic pieces without breaking them? The instructions should include tips about how to accomplish this.

You are correct. There are no instructions for separating the parts. We had three people trying to separate them without breaking the plastic. The narrow hinged piece (leg) on the back of one disengages at the two edge tabs: pry apart gently. The two flat parts slide apart, and not easily. They are very tight together, but do slide apart.

Has anyone figured out a solution to use this palette on a decent tripod? product has potential but that tripod is just such a piece of junk.

This tripod works fine if you stabilize it by hanging something heavy with a carabiner clip from the center post.
