We use a much different process than traditional engraving, which only carves a light groove into the metal. Our products are all uniquely stamped by hand with a hammer and steel stamp, which is a more forceful technique resulting in a much longer-lasting finish. Because our products are not made via machines, it should be expected that reasonable variations will occur; these only contribute to the uniqueness and quality of each hand-finished piece.
