Fun in tiny package
Bought it for a present, the lad I gave it to still plays with it after 3 weeks. It's smaller than other tamagochies but it's just as fun. R2 changed into a plane today. Haha

Given as a gift. Good gift value. The tamagotchi was very well received.

Fun little distraction
The media could not be loaded. I'm a 40 year old life long Star Wars fanatic indulging in my girlfriends current hyper fixation, Tamagotchi. She got me the R2d2 Nano.I genuinely love this thing. And because we read the title and description I'm not going to leave a 1 star review for it being so small. It's a nano. It's tiny. It doesn't have the full functionality as the Gen 2 Tamagotchi my partner got. But that doesn't mean it's any less fun. Everything is just a bit more streamlined. I can't have much distraction at my job but I still have a few seconds to tend to this little thing every once in a while. As a life long Star Wars fan I made up my own story. That this little R2D2 nano actually exists in universe. Something that Industrial Automaton has created to teach children to take care of their droids. I imagine I grew up on Tatooine with one of these in my pocket, and now that I'm a full fledged pilot in a squadron of rebels, I think back on my days living on a desert planet. When times were simpler. Unaware of the evils that plague the galaxy. I pull my R2 nano out of my pocket as I have done so many times as a child just to escape. If only for a moment. It keeps me focused. Why I'm here in the first place. To fight for the freedom of that little boy, having to maintain the evaporators. For all who are out there. In the same, seemingly hopeless situation. This is the true spark of the rebellion.Haha. Anyway. The shape, size and weight are really nice. Feels pleasant to handle. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because, I'd like to keep my R2 as long as I can, but every 3 days you restart. It gets adopted or something. But you can get different "evolutions", which will give you a different 3rd game.I also love you get to play against Chewy and Tusken Raiders will show up as well as Yoda.

Tiny item, tiny game length, huge price
Being a kid of the 90s I lived for my tamagotchi. When I saw this I thought "wow R2-D2" So I thought I'd give it a go. I'm sad to say that I'm very disappointed. This is WAY smaller than a regular tamagotchi, I think even kids would struggle with it (just bigger than a pound coin) and the buttons are miniscule. The screen is set wayyyyy back in the case, not sure why. The overall look and R2-D2 graphics are pretty good, but the 'game' only lasts 3 days then he leaves and you have to reset it. No matter how much good care you give! I suppose 3 days is a long time for kids, but not for those reliving their youth! I wouldn't buy it again, or even as a gift. You can get original tamagotchi cheaper.

Great buy!
My star wars obsessed son got this for Christmas. It didn't disappoint! He has played with it (and still is) since he opened it. Easy to use. He has enjoyed watching it grow up and then starts over with a new one! Got it at a good price just over £10 so was well worth the money.

The R2D2 is really nano!
Yet quality product. Buttons are working well and there is no lag. Read instructions before use as the pictures aren't that much descriptive. In the pic it's next to my Garmin Instinct 2X. So you can see it's really small 🦐
