Fits well and doesn't slip!
I haven't gone for a run yet but I have worn these as a daily accessory and they do not slip! I feel like I have a normal to slightly larger than average head and the lime green fit just right!

Did stay in hair but style better suited for a child.
The band did stay in my fine, straight hair. I was disappointed in the quality of material-it's like a craft ribbon, something that would look cute on a 5 year old. I ordered the basic black and it still looks shiny. I will wear this when I work out but I was really looking for something that I could wear at work to keep my hair back, I am a dental assistant. I would purchase again if they were different material (scrub material will be great) and they were cheaper. I don't feel that the price of the band was reflected in the quality.
