Very "Bright", "STABLE", and "Even" 360 degree DAYLIGHT hue bulb.
THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE 250W Equivalent Bulb! I have not tried their smaller bulbs. First off, if it were not for one fundamental problem with this I would give it 5 stars. But basically, it's BIG! The problem? ... the BASE! I bought this for a floor stand lamp that shines up to the ceiling. However, the base is SO SHALLOW an angle, the threads in the base for the socket cannot actually REACH the socket! Too Wide and Too shallow an angle. The lamp reflector has a hole for the socket that is too small for this lamp to fit into without a much more steep angle to reach the socket. Smaller bulbs have no issue. ((But this is an old lamp that was designed for standard Incandescent bulbs.)) HOWEVER, the way this LED bulb is made, it has to be a shallow angle to keep from being way too LONG. Hmmm... Conundrum. It IS bright and I bought it with the understanding it might NOT fit that lamp, but WOULD work in my garage work area. For THAT, it's GREAT! I really needed a very bright bulb for the lamp in a craft area inside the house. It IS VERY GOOD at being a stable, bright, daylight color light that is not annoying or flickering (As Advertised) as many high-power LED bulbs can be. If I may make a suggestion? The "Spirals" are very spaced out making it quite large and long. The coils of the LED spirals are widely spaced with a lot of plastic covering and space between the coils. A much tighter coil, less space between, and therefor smaller package and base that did not have to be so wide would be EXACTLY what I am needing. I KNOW that the base is large partly due to the electronics inside. The power must be converted to (I'm assuming) about 12 volts. That kind of power supply for that many LEDs, and quality of rectifiers for the smooth, even lighting, might be tough to put into a smaller base. High intensity LEDs tend to have HUGE size, partly due to the base electronics and heat that is created in converting from 120 - 220 volts to (12 Volts). Such is the issue, but much less than it used to be. Making this a smaller, tighter package would be fantastic and much more usable. I would buy many more like that. I would accept something more expensive if it worked for that. I am looking at the "corn row" type bulbs, but more of those are pretty dang huge as well. If weight was a concern, I can tell you this bulb is very LIGHT! If a smaller design increased the weight? NO PROBLEM! Would be very good and much more useful. Particularly if you could make this dimmable. I have several house lamps I could use a good bring light in. Either dimmable or a "Three Way" bulb. I DO LIKE THIS BULB, just doesn't work for the intended use I have been trying, unsuccessfully, to achieve. I WILL BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN THOUGH! I have been buying LED for over 20 YEARS! Long before others even thought of it, and back when they were MUCH more expensive. I have bulbs that are over 12 years old, and the same kitchen bulbs for 9 years! LOVE LED and the HUGE cost savings. One final note, OUYIDE, your ENGLISH on your box is not done well. Ex.: "You might have been reveived our product." WHAT?? That makes no sense, and "reveived"? If you meant "received", it's still poor and someone did poor descriptions and direction on the box. Certainly it could have been "Proofread" before making the box!I I could rewrite your descriptions much better and more informative! Might do that. But several other instances of poor English on the box. As someone well versed in my language, seeing poor use in a commercial product just rubs me the wrong way! ehehheh Too many "cheap" or badly made products like that out there where they did not care about the quality of the packaging.

The specs are exaggerated, and they are 500 hour not 30000 lights.
This is a year later. The shed it is ingets used maybe 400-500 hours per year. About 1/3 of the LEDs are burned out. Not too good. I am a big fan of LED lights and I get excited everytime a new generation comes out. I recently bought some 16 Watt Corn lights that are spectacular, but lasted 7% of life expectancy. I needed some really bright bults (and these are REALLY bright), but the reviews kind of scared me. I am an electrical engineer/licenced electrician. Some of the reviews statements made me skeptical so I bought two sizes to test myself. Their biggest the 250 Watt equivalent 3300 Lumen "30 Watt" bulb and a 180 Watt equivalent 2200 Lumen "20 Watt" bulb. By way of full disclosure, my voltage here is almost 5% high. I don't know how that effects the switching power supply, I doubt much. My results show over 55% excess power consumption; 47.34 Watts for the "30W" and 31.01 Watts for the "20W unit or 58% high and 55% high respectively. (Specifically 0.379 Amps at 124.9 Volts AC, 0.249 Amps at 124.8 Volts AC see photos) not the 400% high Levitate Labs (I can't find them on the internet) or the 10% low another engineer reported. Can the samples be off that much? I doubt it. I am pretty honest and my equipment is high quality. I double checked my Fluke with an Amprobe clampon and got 35% high (it is a cheaper meter) on the "20W" bulb. That is 27 Watts instead of 20W. For my purposes the excess power consumption is not serious, for you it might be. The bigger concern is are more secifications exagerated? Many reviewers say yes.The bulb is a little shorter than they said, but that is usually good. Someone said the glass spiral tube is glass and breaks. In fact my "30W" came broken. The glass is too thin. It is true that there is a dark spot right above the light. You have to go out 10 to 15 degrees before you get much light. A flector would solve this problem.Which brings us to my recommendation. This is a latest generation most powerful LED light bulb. I expect some hickups and I wanted bright. When I get a battery for my light meter I will give you a relative lumen evaluation (I think they all lie). I would recommend it with the above listed reservations. You will have to think hard on this one.

In way of the brightness this is comparable to the ...
In way of the brightness this is comparable to the 1600 lumen lights on the market. The difference is this is higher on the kelvin scale, so the light has far far less 'yellow' to its tint. its a solid white light.comparing to a compact fluorescent bulb, these use about 2/3 of the watts and don't take much if any time to 'warm up' to full light. That in mind, compacts are cheaper for the upfront costs, but if you assume average life span of both to be 5 years, the watt difference will make these more cost effective after 2 years and 4 months of normal use in a kitchen (a room your more likely to have or keep a light on for extended times). These can be used in any of your normal 60 watt or 100 watt outlets. So long as you are not pulling more than the rating of the outlet and the bulb fits the socket (mind the sizes). Do keep in mind, this is a little bit taller then other bulbs so don't put this into a lamp or overhead that isn't covered for the height of the bulb.

One bulb failed a year later
I purchased 1 bulb in January 2017 and a second bulb in May 2017 and on May 9, 2018 (a year later) one of the bulbs stopped working. When you pay $18.99 for a bulb you expect it to work at least 10 years when the company states it should last 18.3 hours when used 3 hours per day. I purchased 4 other Ouyide bulbs (different sizes) around the same time and have had no problem with them to date. I love the bulbs when they work.UPDATE: 5/31/18 After being contacted by the manufacture they were willing to send me a replacement bulb at no cost. Like I stated in my original post I have 5 more bulbs from Ouyide and they have been working fine for the past year. At this point I will write this one off as a defective bulb and would be willing to purchase additional bulbs from this manufacture.

Not as good as advertised
I bought these lights to replace 100 Watt equivalent, 5000K CFL bulbs. They use 23 Watts. I needed more light in my work shop (with 15' ceiling) so I thought these would increase my light by 50% and with only 16 Watts energy use. Not happy with them. The light maybe put out 10% more light, if that, and the biggest problem is they do not shine omni-directional like CFL's. They way they are made, they actually do not shine any light directly below them. Only sideways. So while they did not improve the brightness in my shop, they do take less energy so 2 stars instead of one. I would say they are a 100 Watt equivalent. I will be looking for other ones that perform better.

Good light
I waited a bit to write this review as I saw some really poopy ones on here and wanted to make sure I was not experiencing some phenomena with this light. Its really bright, and good! I didn't lick my fingers and touch the base as others may have, no shocking experience there. It is still going and bright. I replaced a 250W CF light with this one and this one is brighter. I recommend.

Disappointed as it did not meet my expectations as was advertised. Save your money
Just received and installed it in my wife's craft room where a bright light is a must. The room is not large, it's a spare bedroom converted. This light is not what it's hyped up to be. I would not recommend it if brightness is required.

Didn't last long
It stopped working after 1.5 years. We used it in the kitchen, and we only turned it off when sleeping at night. Since it didn't go through many on-off cycles, I expected it to work much longer.
