I ordered these blinds to replace blinds I had already bought from this company. They fit the window perfectly, were very easy to install and operate as they should. I did not want black out blinds, I wanted light to filter through and they do that just fine while at the same time, offering privacy. I had an issue with the new blinds I bought, one of the slats was more opaque than the others and it stood out, but instead of returning them, I contacted the company. They responded that day and had new blinds out to me within the week. They are hanging and I am happy :) The only thing I would like to mention is that the slats can be a touch fragile, and might break if you pull on them. If you want to look out when the blinds are closed, lift them up from the bottom, do not pull down or up on individual slats. In my opinion, if you are looking for an easy, inexpensive solution for privacy in a window, this will suit that need - excellent customer service was just a really nice bonus.

The blinds have been up for months now and there is no bending or sagging despite the window being very wide. I like not having strings hanging out of it. It's good quality and excellent appearance. Installation was a breeze.

I had 11 windows with 10+ year old ratty and busted plastic blinds. I didn't want to have to measure and re-drill like traditional blind installs often involved.These are insanely easy to install and don't even require a ruler! 2 to 3 brackets are included depending on how wide the blinds you order are. I had 2 brackets for average full window sizes. I installed the first 3 in less than 45 mins. After the first 2 I am flying now on the remaining 8 windows.The quality is decent, being that these are plastic mini blinds, not the sturdier and less easy to tear/deform metal mini blinds. Also not having the hanging cord, just the sitck to rotate them, give them a cleaner and sharper look in the room the are installed. I chose a medium gray that isn't your typical white ones that I replaced. They look amazing!If you want to replace old crappy blinds with the easiest install, I don't think you'll find another model/brand like these.
