Bought two to defrost the window in my 97 Jimmy until I càn tear the dash apart apart​. Running both with the Jimmy running for 20 minutes gets it started, but did not do as I was hoping. Also, even running one while driving with my headlights on pulls on the amps really bad. Although there is a good chance that I may have been taxing the electrical system of my vehicle, Sunoon reached out to me, unsolicited, and made sure that they stood behind their product. I am a satisfied customer of Sunoon.

I thought that this heater worked exactly as I expected it. No, it did not put out as much heat as a hair dryer. But a hair dryer draws as high as 10 Amps at 120VAC! So I expected this to put out about 10% of a hair dryer. No, it wouldn't defrost a windshield alone but it did help get things started until the car warmed up. I am happy with the purchase.

I purchased this item because our car heater does not work. I wanted it both to defrost the windshield and warm the car. The fan barely blows and only out of half of the outlet. I live in Arizona the windshield is not icy just foggy and it barely cleared a spot where I could lean down to see out. It would never heat the car. I would not recommend this item to anyone. I through away the box so I cannot return it.

I am giving this product one star. First time using it I ran for 20 minutes while driving into work. By the time I got to my office it blew the fuse in my truck to the outlet. When I went to unplug the product the cord was extremely hot. After work I gave it another shot with a different outlet and it blew the fuse immediately. Would not recommend this product.

This is not a car heater. The plug gets hotter than the heater and the fan is not very strong and there is little difference between high and low speeds. This product helps very little in keeping the window clear. It is so cheap that the manufacturer did not even translate the product description right on the packaging. Best advice, find another way to fix your heater.

I bought this because my defroster stop working in my car. Did the trick. It also works for warming your face or hands. It's not strong enough to heat the entire vehicle interior. But if you're looking for spot heat, this may do the job.

Product does not blow heat well (or the particular one we received) and upon plugging it in it blew the fuse in my truck (outlet) within ten minutes of being plugged in. We gave it another try in a different outlet and it blew that fuse almost immediately as well. This product is terrible. Worst product I've ever purchased online.

It started out good, the heat wasn't great but just enough for what I needed. Then I started to smell burning plastic andwhen I unplugged it from the cigarette lighter I nearly burnt my fingers because the end of the charger was extremely hot. The tip of the chargerwas also visibly burnt.
