My son takes four capsules *after* every meal and no more symptoms. The bad taste in his mouth after having fruit/fructose is gone. Yes it's expensive but totally worth the improvement in what he can eat and how he feels afterwards.

This enzyme is for folks who has sensitivity to fruit. Fructose is the natural sugar in the fruit that some people are sensitive too. These enzymes work great. Take it as directed and you can eat a bit of fruit. All in good balance. Highly recommend.

It definitely works for my fructose malabsorption. Maybe mine is more sensitive than others, because 4 pills isn't enough for a serving of something sweet and sugary. I need way more than 4 pills to avoid stomach issues or gas after eating a treat. I like my coffee with a lot of sugar every morning and that alone takes 4. so I can easily go through one bottle in like one week. Which makes this VERY expensive for me. :( Hard for me to afford to enjoy food. This could definitely be cheaper. At the same time, it's totally worth it if you only indulge on occasion because IT WORKS!

This drug seems to suppress discomfort when I consume high fructose. Something like this is difficult to judge but as best I can I believe it does work.

This is a nice supplement. It doesn't have any additives, and doesn't cause any discomfort.

I was not able to completely make out the items in the list of “Other Ingredients” and purchased it anyway because I was desperate for relief. After opening the Amazon box I see that Trehalose is listed as an ingredient, which I have never seen in anything else. Glad I looked because Trehalose is in mushrooms and sometimes the body not being able to digest the sugars in mushrooms is what my doc said could be the reason for my intolerance. Why would they put something in a supplement for intolerance to a type of sugar? I know fructose and Trehalose are not the same molecular makeup, but many people, like me, are intolerant to multiple different type of sugars. Buyer beware, if you are intolerant to more than just fructose don’t buy this, especially since they won’t allow returns.

I can drink juice, eat many fruits again, and even choke dowb American Coca-Cola!Well, I could do that before, but now my guts don't torture me for it.... still: the price is such it's still about the same cost to drink imported Coca-Cola that uses real sugar as it is to use the enzyme and drink the American swill with high fructose corn syrup.

I've struggled with fructose malabsorption for the past two years, and have had to greatly restrict my intake of fruit and sweets. Fructaide has allowed me to eat fruit again without worrying about the side effects on my gut. Yay! A game changer, for sure.
