The mats measure 14.3" long and 10.1" wide NOT including the tabs on the ends that fit underneath the wire. If you count the tabs, the length changes to 15.08". Each mat is .1" thick on the very edge and the tabs, and increases to .14" at the thickest part. These mats are intended for use on top of a wire-floored cage ONLY. Depending on the spacing of the wire on your pet's cage floor and how aggressive the pet is at rearranging its environment, the mats may have to be secured to the floor using a method other than the tabs. Urine can pass through the holes of these mats, as can fecal matter for most breeds of rabbit. Considered by many to be a must-have for guinea pigs, chinchillas and sometimes rats if housed on wire floors. Also important for any cage that has thin wire, and Rex rabbits, which naturally have less foot cushioning. Most rabbits do not chew these when given proper tooth-conditioning toys. When installed properly, it's generally difficult for them to get a mouth-hold on them. However, we can NOT guarantee lack of chewing by pet.

Simple Accessory Necessary For Most Rabbit Cages......Highly Recommend!
I love Eden Farms. They helped to construct a custom cage for my rabbit three years ago and I will never forget their kindness and concern for my pets' well being. This plastic mat is a very simple and humane way to make a wire-floored rabbit cage more comfortable for your rabbit's feet. Rabbits must constantly shift their weight on wire floored cages to maintain circulation and keep their feet comfortable. These simple plastic support pads help rabbits to more evenly distribute their weight and provide additional support for their padded feet. The mats are chew proof, and the slats are open enough to allow waste matter to fall into a receptacle beneath the cage. Depending on the size of your rabbit cage(hopefully a large one) you might want to consider purchasing three or four of these inexpensive mats. I highlyrecommend this simple and often overlooked accessory for EVERY rabbit owner. 5 stars

Eden Farms is the best!
Ordered these for our rabbit, and we didn't realize we ordered 1 less than what we needed. With the 2nd order came a hand written note from Eden Farms. I would include a photo of it, but alas it has been misplaced! It said something like, "we are glad that you were obviously pleased with your first order. Thanks and God bless you a lot! Eden Farms". It was such a wonderful note to come home to! I would recommend ordering from Eden Farms any day of the week!As far as the quality of the plastic mat, it is fantastic! I bought some other mats before, and my rabbit chewed right through them, unfortunately. We secured our mats to the cage itself and have had absolutely no problems with them. Princess Leia (the rabbit) has never even tried to chew on them, and they are clearly comfortable for her to hop around on! The best part is you can buy them in other colors besides black! We chose purple, and they add the perfect amount of color pop to Princess Leia's homemade 4-story rabbit condo!Overall, my husband and I are very pleased with our order! Great service and great quality product!

Saved me from vet bills!
Bought these for the bottom of my rabbit's pen after she developed sore hocks. Her back foot had open sores on it from being on the wire too much. Her foot healed up and the fur has grown back after just 5 days. These mats saved me so much money and hassle. I am so thankful for these. Her pen is a 2 x 3 foot. I originally bought 3 mats, but reordered a 4th once I saw how they would fit. The tabs on the ends of the mat slide under the edge of the wire floor and hold them in place. My bunny didn't seem to mind them at all, although she changed where she used to go to the bathroom after I installed them. I would highly recommend these if you need to make your cage more sturdy and rabbit foot friendly.

Perfect Solution!
Very, very pleased with this! I searched online and in stores for a solution for the wired flooring on my rabbit hutch. I am glad that I found this. They fit well and my bunny seems to like it too. She can often be found lounging on them - prior to getting these, she would mainly stay in the "hideaway" section of her hutch. Thank you Eden Farms!

Sellers Eden Farms are very good and I would buy from them again
This is just too expensive for what it is. at $8-$10 a piece it would cost $80 + to cover the hutch floor. It's just outrageous for a piece of plastic. Not the sellers fault- all are about the same price. Too much money for what it is. Sellers Eden Farms are very good and I would buy from them again. The product needs to be made bigger for the money or reduced in price for the small size.

Edited review/ had to remove from the cage
I bought two of these and they snapped perfectly onto my rabbits cage and it does seem to make him more comfortable. He lays on that side of cage most of the time.I am editing my original review. I eventually had to remove these from my rabbits cage because twice he got a toenail caught under this and ripped his nail off and caused a lot of bleeding. I do keep his nails trimmed. I don’t know if this is a common issue but I felt the need to include it since it did happen twice.

... one to normally write reviews but I am very pleased with this product and Eden Farms
I'm not one to normally write reviews but I am very pleased with this product and Eden Farms. I was having a very difficult time finding these mats around my town and online. I found these browsing this place and was excited to see they had not only what I was looking for but the variety of colors. I had chosen the lime green ones because of the color scheme I have in my rabbits cage. I was further surprised that they had arrived much sooner than expected. Along with the fast shipping and great product, my experience was topped off with a personalized, hand written thank you letter at the bottom of my receipt. I recommend anyone looking for a great product and personal experience to check out these items or anything else by Eden Farms. I am a fan for life

Great to prevent litter digging and throwing
Do you have a rabbit that likes to dig in their litter box and throw the litter all around?? Get one of these! I just put it on top of the litter and my doe can’t dig anymore and still uses the litter box. To clean the pee I just spray a little white vinegar on it and wipe it away.
