difficult to use
It is so powdery that it flies all over the kitchen. I appreciate that the container is full to the brim, but it would have been better an inch below the rim so you could get the measuring cup out without spilling it all over. It doesn't mix well, you would have to use a mixer to get it to actually blend. You can't put it in coffee and stir with a spoon and expect it to mix. It willl float on the surface in lumps. I can't respond to whether the heath notations are real because I couldn't get it to mix in anything.

I brought this can of advocado powder because it doesn't go bad as quickly as a real whole advocado does, this way I not throwing away my money.

Is the best tasting and strongest avocado supplements I have found. Fits perfect into my diet plan. It comes in a small jar but is concentrated and will get 30 serving, buy two a month.
