I purchased a year ago at a Walgreen's store for my husband. It worked well. Then we couldn't find them anymore. I was excited to see them here on Amazon. Purchased a box this spring which also worked well. Then this summer I purchased two more boxes and they seemed to have changed size. Either his nose has expanded or the product sizing has changed. He used to wear a medium. This last set I am sending back because they fall out of his nose. I have been unable to locate size large or x-large. When I do I will try again. They don't completely stop his snoring but they lesson it to a manageable decibel. He also claims to sleep better with them in at night. Over all it is a good product when it fits!

My partner and I started sleeping in different rooms because his snoring was so bad but I could still hear him through the wall. He was SO loud. Finally we tried these. Let me tell you, they make a world of difference! Do they completely stop the snoring? No, but I didn't expect them to, the snoring is now minimal. I can actually sleep in the same room as my.partner and I am so grateful for these.

The nose strips for outside the nose are not effective for me. I had previously tried an in the nose product, but could not locate it in stores. Then I searched online and found these.They work great for me, no cotton mouth when I wake up. And the added bonus of being lavender scented...my favorite.

These seemed to kinda work...sometimes. Maybe you’ll have better luck than I did, but according to the wife, they don’t reakky make a difference.
