Motivating & Inspiring Teachers: The Educational Leader's Guide for Building Staff Morale

Love every book this guy writes. I have about 100 different pages marked and highlighted(which I rarely do) because I never want to forget some of the lessons learned in this book. It is definitely a must-read for all administrators or aspiring administrators. He seems to be "king" of building morale!

This book is a (MUST-READ) book for all educational principals in the world. Thank u to the three great writers who has led the management process in the educational fields so inspiring and valued.

I'm a teacher myself and I'm just discovering these books on leadership. This one is really one of the best out there on the subject. I recommend it to all teachers around the world, or anyone else interested in education!

After reading the description of the book, I decided to buy it despite the way the cover's design looks (not very inviting). Once I started reading it though, I just couldn't put it down!It's been written in a professional and caring tone. The ideas are superb and I couldn't wait to try them out at my school! Its been edited very well too. Overall, I'm so happy I bought this book. Its going to be a great resource to share at my school. It can benefit administrators as well as teachers.
