Bottom line: Recommended if you have the face shape and/or confidence to pull a look off.Pros: Good magnification, fewer blur issues than most, sturdy quality frames, expensive looking frames of good quality, good lenses that don’t warp-Cons: no anti-glare coating, metal earpiece tips catch on my hair and can’t be smoothed or refitted- These are large glasses with a larger-than-life style. There’s a razor thin margin between bold and stylish and owlishly odd. I have an longish (not Sarah Jessica Parker or Abe Lincoln, but longer than it is wide) face shape with, what I previously understood to be unremarkable features. However, these glasses have a Clark Kent effect and I’m transformed from a fairly well-preserved 40-something woman with slightly close-set eyes into a try-hard cross-eyed supervillain.They’re the best readers I’ve found. I wish I could wear them in public. Darn, it Oprah! I trusted your recommendations.

These readers broke within the first week. The hinge was weak and the gold tips get caught in my hair. I have bought much cheaper readers that have lasted over a year! Don’t buy!

I LOVE these glasses. I saw so many on amazon that were less expensive, but I decided to go with the peepers because I liked the color the best. I am so happy I did, the quality is vastly different to the other less expensive options I’ve purchased. These are going to be my new daily glasses!
