This is a good product for your immune system it really helps. The basic use should be 40mg, this caps are of 250mg, so strong enough. It is used inside the natural mouthwahes for its bacterial properties.

I don’t really write reviews but I had to for this product. THIS STUFF WORKSSSS!!! I have had a low ferritin for YEARS (6-13 is usually my range). I heard about this and thought to try it since I have nothing to lose. As of now, I been taking it for about 3.5 weeks now. I noticed a little bit of a boost in energy and for the first time in years my period cramps weren’t as significant as they usually are. I thought it was all in my head till I went for a blood test yesterday and my Ferritin level is now a 34! I couldn’t believe it. For anyone with low ferritin, and wondering if this actually works, I’d give this a shot.
