Delicious but melted.
Very good. But got delivered by amazon and left in the sun. The door bell wasn’t rang and I was not notified. The product was completely melted.

KIDU Merckens melting wafers
Melted quickly in a bowl over hot water. Remained smooth while making the project which was decorating cookies. Very fresh. Color is the same as shown.

Chocolate
This chocolate came in one time and wasn't damaged at all. It melted very well and coated my cookies well too. The taste wasn't chalky at all. For what you get it's at a good price.

Easy to use and tasted great
It was easy to use and tasted great. Took a while to harden up though. It’s important to note that I am not an expert and this was my first time doing these kind of treats. I made these for my baby shower and people loved them for the taste.

Amazing Quality and Very Easy to Use
I used KIDU Merckens Chocolate Melting Wafers to make chocolate-covered strawberries as both a Christmas gift and a dessert for a gathering at my home, and everyone absolutely loved them. I received so many compliments—people were truly impressed with the taste and quality. What I really love about this chocolate is how easy it is to work with. There’s no need to spend a lot of money buying desserts from outside when you can make something just as good (if not better) at home. Plus, you know everything is clean and fresh. I was especially happy with this chocolate because it melted beautifully, stayed smooth, and did not turn white or dull after setting. As someone who truly understands chocolate—I worked for 19 years as a chocolate maker at a very high-quality chocolate company—I can confidently say this is a great product. You really get excellent results with it. How I make chocolate-covered strawberries at home: Melt the desired amount of chocolate in a heat-safe bowl over the steam of boiling water (double boiler method). Once fully melted, mix in one teaspoon of coconut oil to add shine and smoothness. Take strawberries straight from the refrigerator, dip them into the chocolate, and place them back in the fridge immediately until they set. Simple, delicious, and professional-quality results every time. Highly recommended!

HOT PINK - need white wafers to soften the color
Sooo like everyone else in the reviews said, the pink is wayyyy more of a hot pink than advertised. Luckily, I ordered a small bag of pink and a small bag of the white. And mixing those two together gave me the color of the pink that is advertised. lol It melted really well, at least! So it’s seemingly good quality! I don’t actually like chocolate, so I can’t speak to the taste lol but it smelled good! Easy to use. Just melted 30 seconds at a time, in the microwave, like 3-4 times, stirring after every 30 seconds. Worked out well!
