5 stars (even though this chair is now gonna cost me more money) 😉
I ordered this for my son as a gift for Christmas and i was nervous after last year I got him the racing game set up with the steering wheel, petals and shifter for a few hundred. Turns out it was for the wrong game system non refundable and essentially useless. So this year I was getting the whole set up desk, racing cockpit, lights, sound proofing wall panels and this chair. NEVER would I have imagined that this chair would be the star of the show!! It is wonderful! Great quality well made the black fabric with red stitching takes it up a notch. It is comfortable and the back of the chair offers great support and comfort. The speakers in the chair are probably the best part! Great buy only one down side that I have encountered is that it is going to cost me so much more money! Turns out now I have to buy at the least 2 more of these darn chairs.... Now that my boys have seen it they obviously "need" one as well. 🥴🙃😊

Almost Perfection
Built with love, Great product, great chair, comfort, and support. Only issues for me is the arm supports should have the adjustment slots underneath machined another 1/4" to 3/8" each slot to allow the supports to come in closer to center of seat. Also the elevation lever can be placed closer to common seat location, you have to hunt for it. Lumbar Pillow though comfortable, should of had a more intuitive way to secure it that compliments the chairs design. Rolls good, reclines, and retracts easily. Would recommend and repurchase.

Customer Support was better then expected.
Long story short I would support this company and the product is very nice as well. Chair audio initially had a quality issue. Saturday night sent a complaint via Amazon. The company responded by Sunday morning via email, and by Tuesday I received the small part that was required to solve my issue. Every company has a bad product go out now and then. It is how they respond to the issue that matters.

Thinking About Getting a New Chair After Just TWO MONTHS!
I want to start off by saying that I never write reviews on Amazon, but I felt compelled to in this case. My last computer chair was five years old and still comfortable enough, but the leather was peeling off of it and getting everywhere. So, I finally decided two months ago to get rid of it and buy this one when I moved to a new house. I always make sure I read reviews thoroughly and have a good understanding of what I'm purchasing on here (especially anything over $100), so I thought I was getting a good product. But it is SHOCKING how many 5 star reviews this thing has for how uncomfortable it is! I almost feel like I got a different chair than everyone else and already plan on buying something better after just two months. It wasn't all that hard to put together, and it looks good. But within only a few days, it started creaking nonstop on the left side. I took the arm off multiple times to adjust the screws (as the directions say to do), but it still wouldn't stop. It was frustrating for a new chair to be making these noises, but I eventually got used to it and moved on. That was the least of my concerns as time went by though. I work from home and need to sit at my desk for hours at a time. This chair is insanely uncomfortable to the point where I can be in a two hour long staff meeting and my back and butt start hurting around an hour and 15 minutes in. So then I have to suffer for the remaining 45 minutes without the ability to get up and move around. The seat and back are extremely hard; so hard that I've started sitting on a pillow and propping another one up behind me. But even that doesn't help. And the seat itself is on the smaller side and not nearly as big as my last chair, so I can't even put my legs up in it without falling out. Outside of not being able to sit in it for more than an hour without excruciating back and butt pain or having your legs totally fall asleep (and I'm not old or out of shape either), the arm rests are made of hard plastic and move to the right and left on their own all the time. That gets very annoying. Another thing that's happened a few times in the couple of months I've had it is I'll use the wheels to (slowly) slide across the room, and the chair will totally tip over on me. Luckily I haven't been hurt, but I did have my dog on my lap one time and would have wiped out on top of him if I didn't have quick enough reflexes to get him out of the way. I won't totally fault the chair with that though, because bumps in the floor itself could be to blame. It still feels important to note since that never happened to me in the five years I had my last chair. Pretty much the ONLY thing that I like about this chair is that it reclines fairly far back so I can put my legs up on the desk. But with how uncomfortable the seat and back are, that doesn't really make things any more relaxing. Please do yourself a favor, don't listen to all of the misleading reviews here, and go with a different chair. Your butt, back, and legs will thank you.

Very well built
So far this chair out lasted any other chair I had. By now most chairs would have been ripped ,torn or already coming off the support pole. This thing is holding up great for both myself and my two boys. I’m over 240 pounds and it supports me perfectly. Very well built. Highly recommend.

Arm rests lack cushion, are not high enough and too far apart.
The chair looks good, the back rest and seat are comfortable and the Bluetooth speakers aren’t bad. With that being said, the arm rests have zero cushion. They do not go high enough for your arms to be level with the desktop. They are also too far apart, even when they are attached as close to the base as they can be. The seat does not tilt. The back rest reclines but the seat does not tilt at all. Disappointed.
