This book is encouraging and suggests ways to manage negative thoughts.It explains that they are a normal part of life but can impact us badly . Ways to overcome these issues are clearly put. Practical advice too.Well worth buying.

Really helped my young teen
I was trying to find a book more evidence based that my young teen could connect to and this really helped. He reads it when he starts to have negative thoughts at bed - I've tried a few books but this one has been the most successful

Too simple
This Liberty idea sounds like an unnecessary trick I would expect something more something more definitive something that it would be helpful here we have General views and from time to time you can find some useful things my rate is only two stars it is good for one simple reading but nothing more

Absolutely Articulately Written-thank you Chase
I would recommend this book. I have read 2 of Chase's books and this is brilliantly written and very easy to understand and follow. Chase delicately and articulately covers all areas of Negative thinking we all can be party too and explains the best strategies to adopt to overcome this and truly creates a light at the tunnel which is so easy not to see in times of despair and upset where we can assume the worst. I really would recommend this read. Even if Negative thinking doesn't occur a lot in your life, it is a great book that will help you prevent it in the future. Thank you Chase for an amazing read again! Looking forward to buying your next book!

Best book
I smoked for 50 years two packs a day there I quit smoking once I finished my book and I was not ornery and I was I was happy it teaches you about the addiction the addiction only stays in your body for 3 Days the rest of it you're dealing with the habit I'm a non-smoker and proud of it this book and God make a great combination

Very good book and we all must read it atleast once. It has so many workarounds for improving positivity and ignoring Negativity!

POSITIVE: GREAT tips to put into practice! NEGATIVE: WAY WAY WAY too many references to COVID.
Loved the simplicity and tips to put into practice. Disappointed with the constant references to COVID and the deadly pandemic. The reminders throughout the entire book took me back in time to a place that I would not have chosen to visit. If you can filter out the COVID references, you’ll find some very helpful information. Perhaps the Author will have a revised edition published. 🧐
