The only small complaint would be a very few of the cookies on the very top row only were broken but we ate the cookie pieces anyway. We like eating those cookies with our morning coffee. We will order them again for sure.

These cookies came in a simple soft sided mailer bag with no cushioning, no box to protect them. They were crushed. The crumbs taste good. So, the actual product would have been ok. And, delivery was on time. So, the cause was not in the delivery. It was poor mailer packaging.I could not return, or get a credit.

These are the real deal! I’ve tried multiple brands and this one is the best and closest to what I had in Europe! Packaging for shipping could be better- expect a lot of broken cookies. (But broken cookies still taste great!)

We Love them for Christmas,but due to very poor packaging ( soft sided envelope) they arrived crushed and can not be returned. Reordered from different vender.

The media could not be loaded. Really delicious. i've always liked German Spice Cookies, Gewuerz Spekulatius. Cookie is good but it wasn’t package correctly. It was all in little pieces need package better

OK...when each individual bag was opened, 75% of the cookies were shattered. The only ones that were whole were the ones in the center of the stack. I was disappointed in what I got but the taste was great! I don't think I will ever order this product again.

Leider sind die Spekulatius von Coppenrath selten in den Läden in meiner nähe verfügbar, aus diesem Grund der Kauf über Amazon.Die Spekulatius schmecken sehr gut, haben einen tollen Zimt-Geschmack und bleiben die einzigen Spekulatius, die mir tatsächlich schmecken.

Der Inhalt (=Gebäck) ist vollständig zerbrochen. Nicht nur einige Stücke, sondern alle und diese vollständig.Ich habe so etwas noch nicht erlebt und ich habe selbst seit 50 Jahren ein Unternehmen.Die Verpackung und die vorsorgliche Paketart ist es nicht, sondern das ist so verpackt worden.Das wär' 'mal ne SchlagzeileDas müsste publiziert werden.

Von allen 5 Packungen waren vlt 10 Stück nicht zerbrochen. Damit kann man natürlich nichts mehr außer für Keksboden etc diese verwenden. Geschmacklich gut.
