YOGAZORB Hot Yoga Microfiber Mat Towel - Non Slip, Both Sides Grip 25"x72" (Marsala)

This is a really interesting towel. I'd call it more a mat than a towel - very dense, holds its shape. I have used it twice and it does seem to hold up to the non-slip advertising really well. So far, I like it for my Bikram classes because I feel more secure moving and holding poses, especially after using a highly absorbent yoga towel that was very slippery after about 15mins.I washed it in between uses and let it air dry rather than machine dry. I don't dry my yoga mat in the dryer, so I figured I'd follow the same rule with this towel since its so much like a mat. I can't comment on how well it holds up to drying at high temps, but it's supposed to.I will say that one issue I'm worried about is color bleeding. I thought after the second use I could see a little of the microfiber color on my regular mat when I looked at from a distance. Up close it wasn't so obvious, but since I use this mat/towel strictly for Bikram and Hot Pilates, color bleeding will be something that degrades my opinion if my sweat alone makes the pink color bleed. This isn't a pair of dark denim or anything where you might expect it have some excess dye. This feels and looks like a slightly slimmer yoga mat, so the color shouldn't fade from use... Will update if I find this to be an issue.

I was looking for a towel-type mat to put on top of my yoga mat. My husband has one he enjoys using that is more towel material. I wasn’t totally sure what type of feel to expect from this mat made of microfiber (and made in South Korea). Even when I opened it, I wasn’t sure I would like using it. Turns out, I like it better than his towel-type material. Why? It doesn’t slip on my mat, it’s easy to get a good grip, it lays flat on my mat, doesn’t have any odor, it’s very light, you can use either side and it absorbs sweat. I purchased the marsala (red) color. I put in a color-catcher in the washing machine because I thought it would probably bleed color when I washed it – I surprised that it didn’t. The color-catcher came out as white as when I put it in. The size didn’t change either (I measured it before and after washing). I did let it air dry although the directions say it can be put in the dryer. The pictures are accurate and do a good job showing what the waffle weave looks like. It’s an easy decision to purchase this yoga towel since if you aren’t 100% satisfied, they will give you a full refund, no questions asked. But, I’ll be keeping mine!
